Believer is a song by American rock band Imagine Dragons. The song was released on February 1, 2017 as the lead single from their third studio album, Evolve (2017). It peaked at number four on the US Billboard Hot 100 and was nominated for Best Rock Performance at the 60th Annual Grammy Awards.
In an interview with Rolling Stone, Reynolds said of the song: "It's about me coming to terms with the fact that I am human and I have flaws, and it's OK to be imperfect... We live in a world where we're constantly told to be perfect and to put on this persona that everything is great all the time, but it's not realistic or honest."
